RIP, Atomic Ed Grothus, curator and proprietor of the Black Hole of Los Alamos - Boing Boing

If you lived in Los Alamos for any substantial amount of time, you knew Ed Grothus. He was as much a part of Los Alamos history as the atomic bomb. After they evacuated Los Alamos during the forest fire that burned several houses in the town, you saw him dodging cops as he drove around his town. As crazy as he was, Ed Grothus will be missed. Los Alamos won't be the same without him.
